I first came across Poppy & Peonies through the Brand & Social Director posting, and the company stuck with me. When I went back a few days later to see what else was open, I found this role and immediately saw a stronger match for the way I work.
My background is in research and operations, but what I actually do all day is keep projects moving, build structure around moving pieces, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I like work that lets me figure things out, keep things organized, and make things better, which is a big part of why this role caught my attention.
I build templates, workflows, and research systems that keep projects moving and make our work more consistent, even when priorities shift.
I like finding ways to turn ideas into something people actually want to look at. In my current role at RCLCO, I've helped develop content from concept through final design and publication.
I’m often the person keeping the moving pieces moving: coordinating deadlines, vendors, meetings, and deliverables so everyone has what they need and nothing falls through the cracks. Years of customer-facing experience also taught me how to stay organized, adaptable, and calm when priorities change.
I'm a handbag person. Like, genuinely a handbag person. I care about pockets. I care about where things go. I have opinions about internal organization that are probably stronger than they need to be. So finding a company that puts that much thought into how a bag actually works was pretty exciting for me. Poppy & Peonies makes bags that are beautiful, but also make sense. That's my favorite kind of design, and it's what sold me.
